About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager with experience in Quality, Strategy & Policy to join our Adult Social Care team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies and policies that drive quality improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders, including people with lived experience, carers, staff, and partner organisations, to co-produce solutions that enhance the quality of care, keep people safe and ensure compliance.
About you:
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for improving adult social care services. You have a proven track record in quality management, policy development, and strategic planning. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You are committed to using data and evidence to drive policy and strategy improvements and are skilled at managing change and overcoming resistance.
