Are you a Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer or Quality Manager looking to step into a highly regarded specialist manufacturer? In this role, you will oversee full Quality Management systems with further technical training, career progression, and a fantastic work-life balance with flexible hours and a four-day working week.

This is a great and extremely rare opportunity to join a close-knit bespoke manufacturer that will further your career through technical challenges and a great company culture. This company is an industry-renowned electronics manufacturer with 50 employees, and they have a very low staff turnover due to the autonomy and recognition they give their staff, who build successful and long-lasting careers.

The Role:

Overseeing full Quality Management Systems, working to ISO 9001
Working Monday to Thursday 7am - 5.30pm, but flexi hours and days are offered
Direct reports of 1, but ability to grow your Quality Team
