Location: Pontypridd CF37 Commutable from Pontypridd, Porth, Llantrisant, Cardiff, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil, Mountain Ash, Ystrad Mynach, Blackwood, Caerphilly, Bridgend

Salary: £45-60,000

Are you passionate about improving the lives of others? This could be the perfect role for you. I am working with a company looking to take on a Quality Manager to overlook the quality function for their busy manufacturing sites.

This business has gone from strength to strength, having a strong order book and has reinforced their success with a recently opened new premises. This role will see you conducting audits, developing work instructions, and managing a small team of quality personnel. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to work on and develop your knowledge with multiple standards including BRC and ISO standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Taking responsibility for all aspects of quality across the manufacturing company.
2. Ensuring that the products manufactured by the company meet all internal and external expectations.
3. Ability to conduct customer quality audits and external certification body audits.
4. Capability to oversee and enhance the performance of a Quality Management System through documented procedures, work instructions, and forms.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. BRC standards experience.
2. Experience in a managerial position.
3. Experience of cleanroom manufacture & associated procedures.
4. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
5. Full UK Drivers License.
