Newport

£45,000 - £50,000 + Monday to Friday, 39hrs (7:30am-4:30pm) + Early Finish on Fridays + 10% Performance Bonus + Holiday + Pension (up to 10%) + Sick Pay + Company Benefits

Exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer, who is looking for a fresh challenge in their career and a role which allows you to make a real positive difference.

The company is a global business, spanning 3 continents, specializing in sub-contract manufacturing processes for a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, Energy, Automotive, and Aerospace. The day-to-day responsibility for this role will be to manage the Quality department and coordinate with all staff to maintain and improve the quality culture throughout. The successful candidate will lead their own department and be integral to future improvements.

The Role:
Quality Manager

1. Managing quality systems and standards across a site.
2. Maintaining processes and improvements.
3. Office hours, Monday to Friday.

The Person:
Quality Manager

1. Senior Quality Engineer or Lead Quality Engineer who are looking to progress into leadership are encouraged to apply.
2. Quality engineering background.
3. Relevant industry knowledge - Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, or Metals/Metallurgy.
4. Knowledge of NADCAP standards would be ideal.
5. Knowledge of Materials Science/Metallurgy is advantageous.
