£48,000 - £55,000 + Further Training + Progression + Flexible Hours + Occupational Health + Enhanced Pension + Sick Pay + Benefits + 33 days holiday + Early Finish Friday

Site based commutable from Newport, Cardiff, Pontypool, Merthyr Tydfil, Ebbw Vale, Blackwood, Pontypridd and surrounding areas.

This role would suit an experienced Quality Professional looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to the continued success of the business while working within a close-knit team and helping mold the quality team within this industry-leading business.

The Role:

1. Quality Manager leading a team of Quality Engineers
2. Managing, Monitoring and Developing quality strategies across the team
3. Working on ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

The Person:

1. From Quality with Strong Leadership attributes
2. Experience within Electronics, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence or similar backgrounds
3. Full UK Drivers License
