Quality Manager - Demolition
Job description
The Role involves:
- Maintaining quality standards, procedures, and specifications for the company.
- Controlling processes to meet the needs of the company's client and customer base.
- Reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines.
- Maintaining documentation of procedural changes.
- Preparing performance reports.
- Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards.
- Ensuring that all processes meet safety, legal, and other national or international standards.
- Assisting with the external quality audits.
Based in our Birmingham Office.
About the candidate:
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
- Experience managing the three standards.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Approachable and professional.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise workloads.
- Strong communication skills, good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, with good ability in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
