Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented Quality Manager with a passion for IT Quality Management Systems and IT Compliance, with a strong background in Agile coaching. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality while fostering an Agile mindset across multicultural teams. You have a customer-centered approach and aspire to continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

The objective of this role is to contribute to the management of the IT QMS and the IT Compliance.

More specifically, you will:

• Contribute to the definition and improvement of processes.
• Monitor the process, collect their KPI and contribute to the achievement of their objectives.
• Contribute to the management of the Quality, the Security, and the Compliance of the IS Coaches the teams.
• Coach the IT teams.

What it Takes:

• 5+ years of experience in managing IT applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum B2 level in English.
• Strong knowledge of IS processes and certification principles.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
