Key responsibilities:
Lead the development and management of quality management system.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce defects.
Collaborate with cross–functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Perform audits, analyse data, and prepare reports for management.
Manage, coach and develop the quality team.
Manage and resolve quality–related issues with customers and suppliers.
Ensure the implementation of adequate preventive and evaluation tools.
Manage Non–Conforming Products.
Ensure that all specific issues regarding EHS and quality are implemented and observed.
The Person:
Experienced working in the automotive and/or automotive sectors is preferred.
Proven track record working in a senior quality function.
Excellent problem–solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to analyse data and make data–driven decisions.
A hands on and engaging management approach.
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred (not essential).
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems.
