Hours: Full-time; 37 hours per week (Monday Friday)
Based: Ena Hughes Resource Centre, Ellesmere Street, Failsworth, M35 9AD (with a requirement to travel to our other services across Oldham)

Why do we need a Quality Manager?
Ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe services is fundamental at the MioCare Group, and we are looking for a dynamic, creative and committed individual to join our Quality and Performance Team.
The Quality Manager will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of a robust quality framework, supporting our services to maintain regulatory compliance and to remain CQC inspection-ready to achieve Good or Outstanding ratings across all areas.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must possess a management qualification at Level 5 or above, and experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable.
