Quality Manager

Location: Newham, East London
Salary: up to £55k
Type: Full-time, onsite

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Newham, East London.

Job Purpose

Ensure educational policies and standards are consistently followed.
Write reports for internal and external use to maintain and improve academic quality.
Assist in preparing for degree-awarding authority applications.

Main Duties
  1. Keep academic policies up to date and ensure they are applied correctly.
  2. Work with partner institutions to maintain compliance with their regulations.
  3. Help the organization prepare for official recognition as a degree-awarding body.
  4. Create detailed reports using data analysis for decision-making and improvement.
  5. Oversee program approvals, accreditation, and academic evaluations.
  6. Manage academic complaints, misconduct cases, and appeals efficiently.
Requirements
  1. Strong knowledge of academic quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
  2. Experience in writing detailed analytical reports.
  3. Ability to analyse and interpret data for reporting purposes.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  5. Full rights to work in the UK.
