Are you a passionate Quality professional looking to lead and shape the quality function in a dynamic and highly regulated industry? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Quality Manager to ensure our products and operations meet the highest industry standards while transforming the product quality processes.

As a Quality Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving quality standards, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading and managing a team of Quality professionals.
2. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant and international standards.
3. Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Conducting audits and overseeing customer and supply chain quality assurance processes.
5. Leading investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions using industry practices like 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A Quality Manager / Engineer with a HNC or Equivalent in Mechanical engineering (or similar)
2. Strong experience in ISO 9001 quality management systems, with lead auditor certification being a plus.
3. Hands-on experience with quality control, assurance, and compliance in a heavy industry / manufacturing environment.
4. Expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
5. Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
6. Knowledge of SAP Terminology
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
