If you would like to make a real difference in the Quality team with a company supplying into most of the major retailers in the UK. Managing a small team of QAs, you can ensure products of premium quality reaching the shelves!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and legal regulations
2. Lead audits (internal, customer and third-party) and ensure the site is always audit-ready
3. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
4. Extensive allergen control knowledge
5. Train and develop staff on quality and food safety practices
6. Manage non-conformances and root cause investigations
7. Lead the HACCP team and manage documentation
8. Oversee product testing and quality checks to ensure consistency and safety
9. Liaise with production, NPD, technical and suppliers to ensure standards are upheld throughout
