Quality Manager Opportunity – Brighton, MI Area!!!

A company with a facility in the Brighton, MI area is currently seeking a Full Time, Direct Hire Quality Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for Sr. Quality Engineers looking to take the next step in their career with a company that offers excellent training, development, competitive rates, and a great work-home life balance (typical work weeks are 40-45 hours).

The Quality Manager position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We also provide excellent benefits including medical, dental, and 401k.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent/relevant Quality Assurance Management experience in the Heavy Duty Machine and Parts Manufacturing Industry.
• 3+ years of recent/relevant experience with Quality Management Systems including ISO/TS/IATF. ISO certifications are a strong benefit, but not essential.
• Experience with Measurement Tools (CMM, Gauges, Calipers, and Micrometers).
• An Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States (No H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
