Are you a quality assurance expert with a drive for continuous improvement?
Do you have a passion for ensuring excellence in education and training?
We are looking for a Quality Lead to take charge of driving high standards across our apprenticeship programmes. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Lead to join our construction team as we continue our journey to excellence. Working with the Work Based Learning Manager, you will primarily manage a small team of assessors working across the Carpentry, Brickwork, and Maintenance Operations apprenticeship Standards. Closely monitoring the delivery of the programmes, you will ensure KPI’s are consistently exceeded, using interventions where required to drive overall performance.
Ideally, you will have a background in teaching/assessing/quality assurance from a construction education setting. However, we would be keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate high levels of knowledge of apprenticeship Standards delivery, with a proven ability to motivate and support staff and provide high levels of overall team performance.
