Quality Inspector

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled Quality Inspector to join my client located in the Preston area. My client specializes in manufacturing parts for the Aerospace industry and is looking to add another Quality Inspector to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that has a close-knit team and is a family-run business.

Hours:

7:30-16:15 (Mon - Thurs) 7:30-12:30 (Friday)

Salary:

Up to £33K

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform inspection of machined components
• Use of Romer Arm & CMM to carry out First off & FAIR inspection
• Manual inspection in line with aerospace technical drawings and internal documents
• Assist Quality Manager with non-conformance investigation
• Perform and complete FAIR documentation
• Perform and control Calibration on measurement tools
• Complete internal production documentation
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping
• Perform any other duties as directed

Benefits:

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £33,000. You will also receive 25 days + Bank holidays, death in service benefit paid at three times your annual salary, pension contribution, health insurance, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
