Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector (Welding/Fabrication) - M62 corridor - West Yorkshire - circa £28,000 plus any overtime x 1.5

As a Quality Inspector you will:

1. Inspect and verify welds and fabricated components meet industry standards and project specifications.
2. Coordinate and manage welding and manufacturing documentation, including quality records and specifications.
3. Oversee welding methods and procedures, ensuring non-conformance issues are identified, rectified, and retested.
4. Ensure consistent high-quality fabrication and welding processes.
5. Manage calibration and equipment monitoring.
6. Maintain safe and clean working environments, ensuring correct fabrication, welding procedures, and equipment usage.
7. Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9000:2015 standards.
8. Drive quality improvement actions and work alongside the Production Director.

You have the opportunity to work Mon-Thu 8am - 4.30 and Fri 8am - 4.15pm. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing team in a highly professional family-owned business.
