Contract 9 Months Inside IR35

Rate - Negotiable

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector who can confidently work on a range of quality control and inspection tasks. You ll ideally have experience with a variety of measuring tools to be utilised in a technical engineering environment. Whilst not essential, a previous aerospace background would be highly desirable.

Duties of the Quality Inspector

  • General inspection of parts both manufactured on and off-site
  • Where necessary undertake First Article Inspection.
  • Support engineering investigations for internal or external stakeholders.
  • Encourage an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Supporting Manufacturing inspection.
  • Use of a wide variety of gauges and sophisticated measuring equipment.
  • Interpreting complex machined part engineering drawings, GD&T, processes, and procedures.
  • AS9102 First Article Reporting.
  • Maintaining Quality Systems.

Background Required for Quality Inspector

  • Quality Inspection background is essential
  • Experience in manufacturing and assembly environment.
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with GD&T
  • Experience with using CMM
