Job Title: Quality Improvement Coach (Adult Care/Residential Childcare)
Location: Remote
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
We are seeking a motivated Quality Improvement Coach with expertise in Adult Care or Residential Childcare to drive exceptional quality improvement across our learner experience. In this role, you'll support Personal Tutors (PTs) to enhance teaching, learning, and overall learner progress. You will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous improvement and providing actionable feedback.
