We are seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving our company's Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with an in-depth understanding of PCB and electrical systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Implement and oversee quality control processes and procedures
2. Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits
3. Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis (8D, A3)
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards (AS9100, ISO9001)

The ideal Quality Engineer will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Quality Engineer Qualifications:

1. Degree in a technical field with a focus on quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related discipline
2. Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001)
4. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. An understanding of manufacturing drawings, specifications, and instructions, with a working knowledge of IPC standards (ideally CIS) is desirable.
