Quality Engineer

Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Peak District, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team on a 4 day working week!!

Do you have experience in manufacturing quality control?

Passionate about driving continuous improvement?

Familiar with ISO 9001, and Six Sigma?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and other industry standards
2. Develop & implement quality control processes and inspections
3. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) & drive corrective actions (CAPA)
4. Lead internal audits & support external customer/supplier audits
5. Analyse quality data & implement improvements using FMEA, SPC, etc.
6. Collaborate with engineering, production & suppliers to resolve issues

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in manufacturing
2. Strong problem-solving skills (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.)
3. Proficiency in statistical analysis (Minitab, Excel, etc.)
4. Excellent communication & teamwork skills
