Quality Engineer

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity with a growing and innovative company? We are recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business based in Chesterfield.

The Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across production, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing quality control processes.
• Conducting root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Managing audits (internal and external) and ensuring adherence to ISO standards.
• Working closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Handling customer and supplier quality concerns, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining and updating quality documentation and reporting systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with teams at all levels.
• Background in automotive, aerospace, precision engineering, or general manufacturing is advantageous.
