T2M Resourcing are currently working alongside an innovative manufacturing business to help them to recruit a Quality Engineer.

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing and managing all systems and processes relating to customer, projects and some supplier quality.

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Engineer

1. Management of quality systems and processes relating to customers, projects and supplier quality.
2. Development and maintenance of APQP and PPAP structured processes and documentation to support with the NPI process.
3. Management of product & process non-conformances, and implementation of Corrective and Preventative Actions.
4. Creation and maintenance of both internal and external audit programmes.
5. Ensure all product quality needs are met and customer satisfaction.

Requirements to be a successful Quality Engineer

1. Experience working as a Quality Engineer (3+ years desirable).
2. Knowledge of quality management systems and experience in the development and continual management.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
4. Effective problem-solving skills.
5. Degree qualified in a relevant engineering subject.

Based from the company’s headquarters in Milton Keynes, this opportunity will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to work on several exciting projects for a manufacturing business that works on projects for a variety of industries including motorsport, aerospace and marine.

They have budgeted a salary of up to £55,000 for the role depending on experience level, with their benefits including a Private Medical plan and an option to join an Electrical Vehicle Sacrifice Scheme.
