This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of £29,500 per annum.

Purpose of the role

As a Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining high compliance standards within Movianto's Government Contracts division. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you'll ensure that warehousing and transport activities align with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), MHRA guidelines, and ISO9001 standards. This is an exciting opportunity to support quality processes, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement.

How you'll make an impact at Movianto as a Quality Coordinator

  • Monitor depot temperature data, investigate trends, and ensure compliance.
  • Support warehouse storage qualification, temperature mapping, and equipment calibration.
  • Maintain ISO9001 documentation and quality records.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
  • Manage Deviations and CAPAs, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Deliver training and promote best practices across teams.
  • Provide day-to-day quality support to the wider business.

What it will take to thrive at Movianto

  • Experience within pharmaceuticals or healthcare (desirable).
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 (essential) and GDP guidelines (desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
