Quality Coordinator

As a Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance across our UK operations. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you'll help maintain best-in-class standards, supporting both technical and interdepartmental teams.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure food safety, quality, and legal compliance across the business
2. Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments of raw materials & finished products
3. Support customer complaint investigations & internal quality checks
4. Maintain and update key technical databases and reports
5. Assist with internal audits, including GMP, Glass & Brittle, and allergen testing
6. Work closely with pest control teams and laboratory testing partners
7. Calibrate measuring equipment and conduct environmental control testing
8. Prepare samples for customers, lab tests, and internal taste panels

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: Minimum Food Safety Level 3 & HACCP Level 2
Experience: 3+ years in the food manufacturing industry (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficient in MS Office with excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of microbiology, food hazards, and compliance standards
