We are looking for quality specialists in the North West to apply their personal and household care knowledge within an innovative and NPD-driven manufacturing environment, creating high-quality products across a range of channels.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards.
  2. Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
  3. Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.
  4. Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  1. Experience within Personal Care, Household Care, and/or similar industries.
  2. 3-5+ years' relevant work experience.
  3. Keen to work with great people in a close-knit community.
  4. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
