The Job:

You will be part of a successful manufacturer of Power Transmission Systems. Our client has a well-established and diverse customer base, with a customer-focused culture and local support. The Role:

Working as a Quality Control Inspector, you will:

1. Be part of the investigation team when involved in product non-conformities and ensure a timely resolution using 8D, including supporting the implementation of containments, root cause analysis, corrective action, and verification that all actions have been implemented successfully and effectively.
2. Work closely with manufacturing to ensure that the quality expectations of the business are being met and documented.
3. Carry out inspections using various metrology tools, including CMM.

The Person Profile:

We are looking for candidates with:

1. Experience working in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficiency in using or programming a CMM/VMM is essential.
3. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools.
4. Experience working with the Electrical/Electronic markets would be advantageous.

Compensation:
£28k, Life Insurance, Pension, Performance bonus, and relocation package, 25 days holiday.
