QC Cell Leader

Shildon

Full Time | Permanent

The QC Cell Leader is responsible for the day-to-day duties of the team to enable smooth running of the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to QC Team Leader
• Have the flexibility to enable the achievement of PPG goals.
• Admin duties including updating Oracle status’s, updating GEMBA and Plan Updates, Using Softworks.
• Control schedule completion provided by Team Leader.
• Departmental Cover in the event of Team Leaders Absence.
• Allocation and prioritisation of operator workload.
• Mentoring and Coaching the QC Team.
• 5S Leadership.
• EH & S Safety Coaching’s.
• Ordering Consumables and maintaining Kanban’s.
• Quality Testing when required.
• Training of Operators when required.
• Raise RFS.
• Lean Initiatives.
• Liaise with other departments as and when required.
