Quality Control And Assurance

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The role will be working to the highest standards to supply premium quality nutritional food, advancing nourishment in the target market. The individual will be ensuring the highest-quality custom ingredient blends are combined in the manufacturing process. Working with the support of exceptional customer care and nutrition expertise, you will ensure the highest standards of product delivery. Working on the forefront of solutions and production, being able to embrace a fast-paced innovative environment will be essential.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Execute the control of all incoming raw materials and ingredients.
2. Ensuring proper inspection (physical appraisal, labels check, sample check, documentation check and sample management).
3. Ensuring correct documentation.
4. Control of sample storage.
5. Management of samples for analysis.
6. Proper barcoding, so that products are released to production, which meet full regulatory compliance for manufactured products and feed ingredients.

Reports to: Quality Control and Assurance Manager
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on a rotating 9-hour shift. Weekly hours will be either 6am - 3pm, 8am - 5pm, or 9am - 6pm.
Based at: Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
