Our client is a leading manufacturer who specializes in low-volume bespoke design and build, supplying into a variety of industries from nuclear, automotive, and aerospace. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a Quality Compliance Manager to assist the management team in keeping manufacturing in line with regulations.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. This is not a man-management role, but could develop into one in the future.
2. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the company’s adherence to manufacturing standards.
3. Conducting audits and investigating non-conformances.
4. Managing the Quality Management Systems on site.
5. Working to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
6. Managing quality when new processes, equipment, and customers are brought into the business.
7. Developing user manuals and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. A minimum of a degree qualification within an engineering or technical field.
2. Experience working as a Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.
3. Good mechanical engineering background.
4. High level of IT literacy and attention to detail.
5. A strong QMS background.

Desirable:
Experience in a low-volume, bespoke manufacturing.
