Salary: £28,800 - £37,425
Location: Cambridge (hybrid working – onsite for a minimum of 2 days a week)
Contract: Permanent, full time (35 hours per week)

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the growing Quality & Compliance team! This team is responsible for ensuring that our 1100+ exam centres across the globe operate effectively and within our regulations. We do this by providing clear instructions for centres, identifying, managing, and monitoring centres' non-compliance, safeguarding our products against cheating, and responding to security incidents. We collaborate closely with global teams within Cambridge English to support our compliance functions and meet our regulatory obligations.
The Quality & Compliance Manager role plays a key part in protecting the reputation and validity of Cambridge English assessments globally. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to the monitoring of our centre network, ensuring that the regulations you will help define and communicate are followed. Your work will also include candidate and centre malpractice, the compliance of our centre network with specific rules on speaking tests and helping to ensure that we meet our regulatory obligations.
