Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 year's experience in Technical, Compliance, or Auditing roles within FMCG industry.
High attention to detail and an in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
Experienced in Internal Audit, ideally Lead Auditing.
Proficient in statistical analysis and IT.
Degree educated, ideally with HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 training.

Duties:

Drive the development and implementation of sustainability and quality control processes.
Engage actively with our Integrated Management System to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements.
Play a key role in the journey towards Net Zero 2050 by implementing effective compliance strategies.
Conduct internal audits and lead auditing processes to ensure adherence to legal and quality standards.
Utilize statistical analysis to improve process efficiency and compliance.
