What you will do:

  • Ensure compliance with BRC and customer codes of practice
  • Support audits and quality inspections
  • Manage customer specifications and respond to queries efficiently
  • Analyse data to drive improvements in food safety and quality
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate quality matters effectively

What you'll need:

  • A food-related degree
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing quality/technical roles
  • Food Hygiene & HACCP Level 2 or higher
  • Strong understanding of BRC and retailer standards
  • Experience with customer specifications and systems
