Quality Assurance Reviewing Officer

Our client is committed to providing high-quality, child-centered services. As a Quality Assurance Reviewing Officer (QARO), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people.
What you'll do:

  • Independent Oversight: Conduct thorough reviews of child protection, child in care, and fostering cases.
  • Strength-Based Practice: Promote a strengths-based approach and ensure that children's voices are heard.
  • Service Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and drive positive change within the service.
  • Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with various agencies to ensure effective partnership working.
  • Safeguarding Champion: Uphold safeguarding standards and promote the best interests of children.

What you'll need:

  • Social Work Qualification: A recognised social work degree and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience: Significant experience in child protection or child in care work.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to critically analyse complex cases and identify key issues.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
