Job description

Quality Assurance Night Pharmacist - Northampton

Opportunity:
Are you a Pharmacist registered with the GPhC? Have you released drugs to prescriptions and have good quality assurance experience? Want to work for a global pharmaceutical company? If yes then please read on.

Your role as a Quality Assurance Night Pharmacist based in Northampton will involve releasing drugs to prescriptions and physically checking all the drug orders that are released to the patients.

This is a night based role working Sunday to Thursday - 10.00 pm to 6.00 am (Weekly shift allowance provided).

You will ensure that the pharmacy patient dispensing processes are compliant with GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council), Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Corporate Quality Manual & ISO standards.

You will act as the Responsible Pharmacist (RP) when required and ensure drugs/prescriptions are released to relevant quality standards.

This is a full time permanent role based in Northampton working nights paying a salary between £50,000 - £59,792.84 per annum with great benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top, 8% Pension, Group Life Assurance and Income Protection, share options and much more. There is also a 5% annual bonus in place.
