Quality Assurance Manager - Food Production

Nottingham, NG3

£35-40K, 8-5 Mon-Fri

Are you a food industry professional with experience up to Quality Manager level (or quality supervisor on a large site), looking for an exciting and challenging senior level role with a multi-site food manufacturing group?

The role offers the chance to make a real difference to the site and take the next stage in your career via training and further progression in a well-run stable food group.

The role will focus on the QA and hygiene functions as well as ensuring the site is BRC audit ready. You will also lead a small team.

The Role

  1. Full-time permanent senior food manufacturing role based on-site in Nottingham.
  2. Line management of the QA team.
  3. Responsible for food hygiene and food safety on site.
  4. Ensure all technical systems are audited and BRC accreditation maintained.

The Person

  1. Academic and working background at a senior level in the food production sector.
  2. Previous management experience of a quality team.
  3. Level 4 in Food Safety and Level 3 HACCP or above.
  4. Experience in auditing and managing BRCGS accreditation.
