QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

PERMANENT POSITION

MONDAY TO FRIDAY (8am to 5pm)

IMMEDIATE START / NOTICE PERIODS CONSIDERED

We are looking for a QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be leading and motivating the Quality Assurance team in monitoring and evaluating product and processing systems. You will understand and apply relevant standards so that company, customer and legal requirements are achieved and maintained.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the requirements of HACCP are implemented, maintained and achieved.
  • Driving quality standards across the factory, maintaining a culture of high performance and compliance.
  • Managing and responding to internal and external complaints identifying root cause.
  • Generating technical business KPI information, communicating, trending and highlighting issues.
  • Leading, motivating and managing the training and development requirements of the team.

What we need from you:

  • CV showing previous experience working in food manufacturing.
  • Level 2 HACCP.
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of operational processes and procedures.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Methodical with good attention to detail.
