Quality Inspection

Shifts: Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 18:00-04:30

Permanent

Pay rate: up to £20.00 per hour

Location: Coventry CV4

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our client based in Coventry CV4 on a permanent contract, on Night Shift. Our client is a recognized leader in the oil and gas industry, known for its innovation, excellence, and commitment to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect components for Oil & Gas industry.
  2. Use precision measuring instruments (callipers, micrometres, gauges, CMM) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  3. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T standards.
  4. Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections to maintain quality control.
  5. Identify and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations.
  6. Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare quality reports.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in quality inspection components for the oil and gas industry.
  2. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and CMM inspection technology.
  3. Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  4. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
