My client is a leading healthcare solutions provider, dedicated to delivering excellence in clinical and corporate governance. As they continue their rapid growth, they are looking for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to join their team and drive governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.

The Role:

As a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager, you will be highly organised, thrive under pressure, and have a passion for problem-solving. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to embed a strong compliance culture, ensuring the organisation meets and exceeds quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and enhance clinical and corporate governance processes.
2. Develop and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CQC certifications.
3. Conduct internal audits, manage compliance reports, and track risks.
4. Lead on data protection and regulatory compliance requirements.
5. Support teams in process mapping and continuous quality improvement.
6. Maintain policies, procedures, and training programmes to ensure adherence to governance standards.
7. Work with external auditors and manage client compliance requests.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong background in audit, governance, and compliance within healthcare or a regulated industry.
2. Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CQC compliance.
3. A keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive a culture of quality.
5. Competence in IT systems including Visio, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
