A leading global insurance organisation is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support their business change initiatives by ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance across projects.
The role focuses on testing, risk mitigation, and process improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high standards in project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts (manual and automated).
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, developers, and vendors.
Improve testing processes by introducing automation and advanced tools.
Track and report defects, ensuring effective resolution.
Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Maintain detailed QA documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in manual and automated testing, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the Lloyd’s/London Insurance Market, broking, and underwriting.
Extensive experience in a similar QA role, including front-end and back-end testing.
Familiarity with risk and compliance in a corporate environment.
Relevant QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, BCS); project management certifications (Prince2, PMP) are a plus.
