Quality Assurance Administrator

What your day will look like?

• High volume communication predominately on the phone with customers, ensuring to obtain correct audit and compliance documents.
• Coordination and planning for upcoming audits to ensure a smooth process.
• Undertaking a high volume of telephone audits, applications, and contracts.
• Monitoring compliance related to regulated agreements.
• Managing the audit mailers.
• Developing the training offering for the business around quality assurance and audit procedures.
• Providing training to new customers around the sign-up process and requirements for onboarding.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in financial services or a regulated environment, be able to use your initiative, possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be highly organized, and have excellent computer skills.

Salary and Benefits: up to £31,000 + bonus, private healthcare, EAP, discount scheme.

This is a fully office-based role Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
