They are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Quality and Production Assistant - a 12-month contract with the potential for extension, based on performance and business needs. What You Will Do:

• Assist in transferring files to the document management system and undertaking process reviews and audits.
• Conduct compliance checks, supplier reviews and audits, and general quality investigations.
• Engage in investigating non-conformances and returns, raising concessions, and monitoring and recording KPI data.
• Manage and update tasks on project management software, recording quality data, and analysing and creating reports.
• Author procedures and technical documents, development of production build guides, and BoM reviews.
• Carry out goods-in quality inspections and assist with the creation of build guides and quality investigations.

What You Will Bring:

• Excellent communication and computer skills, coupled with a good positive can-do attitude.
• Hands-on, self-starting, and quality-oriented mindset with an eye for detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the business.
• An analytical problem-solving approach to challenges.
• Relevant experience in quality management and production processes is advantageous.
