Role: Quality and Compliance Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure the highest standards of care across 4 care homes (within a 30 mile driving distance). These homes specialise in elderly and dementia care, with a focus on supporting individuals with learning disabilities, specialist needs, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
