The Role

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will manage all aspects of pool care, including installations, servicing, and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. As the face of the company, you will build strong relationships with clients while upholding the highest standards of health and safety.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills in pool engineering, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs efficiently. Strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers are essential.
Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence.
Desirable qualifications include additional trade certifications, NVQ Level 3 in pool maintenance or operations, PADI diving certification, hold ISPE (Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers) membership, and experience with CAD software.
This role could suit someone who has worked as a Pool Technician, Maintenance Engineer, or Plant Room Specialist.
