Children's Social Worker - Safeguarding Team

Location: Hull
Pay Rate: £35 per hour
Contract: Locum

Your role will involve:

1. Managing a caseload of children subject to child protection plans, children in need, and care proceedings
2. Completing assessments, reports, and care planning
3. Working closely with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure child safety and well-being
4. Participating in case conferences and safeguarding reviews
5. Applying your expertise to promote positive outcomes for children and young people

What we're looking for:

1. Qualified Social Worker with current SWE registration
2. Previous experience in children's safeguarding essential
3. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills
4. Commitment to best practice and child-centred social work
5. Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
