Sefton Council is seeking a qualified social worker to join our dedicated Learning Disabilities team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities in our community.
As a social worker, you will:
Work with adults with learning disabilities to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of care and support services
Work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals
Promote independence and inclusion for people with learning disabilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative services
About You
You will be a qualified social worker with:
Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
A passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
