Leader Health & Social Care are recruiting on behalf of a respected client seeking talented Social Workers to join their expanding team. About the Role:

In this role, you will be part of a progressive team dedicated to supporting young people as they navigate the challenges of growing up. The organisation focuses on recovery from adverse childhood experiences, with a specialisation in risk management for those with complex needs. You will work in a residential and supported accommodation setting, contributing to innovative and high-quality care interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding and Compliance: Uphold and contribute to the service's safeguarding policies, ensuring all activities align with statutory responsibilities.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensuring it meets the standards expected from a corporate parent.
  • Case Management: Provide comprehensive oversight of all cases, ensuring the delivery team meets all service requirements.
  • Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk management and support plans that are comprehensive and compliant with organisational policies.
  • Referral Management: Oversee and coordinate new referrals, focusing on creating immediate placement stability.
  • File Management: Ensure all case files are audit-ready and maintained to a high standard.
  • Partnership and Advocacy: Work closely with statutory bodies, attend relevant meetings, and advocate for a psychologically informed environment.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong, trusting relationships with young people and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
