Location: Horsham + Homebased, West Sussex
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Qualified Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work in Horsham, West Sussex + home-based on a full-time permanent basis. The role will involve travel to Horsham 2-3 Days/week and the remaining days homebased. The role will involve:
- Assessing new clients presenting to Occupational Health in person or by referral and initiate management of case
- Assessing clients fitness to work for the appropriate job and issuing fitness certificates
- Supporting, advising, monitoring and assessing the clinical practice of the OH Team
- Providing strong leadership to OH Technicians and wider multidisciplinary team
- Provide clear and professional advice to clients and employees
