Qualified Nursery Practitioner's - Milton Keynes
We are recruiting for two Qualified Nursery Practitioners on behalf of a well-established nursery in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate childcare professionals looking to join a supportive and high-quality early years setting.
Position: Nursery Practitioner
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: 23,000 - 26,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week (shift pattern includes 07:30 - 16:30, 09:00 - 18:00, 08:30 - 17:30, all with a 1-hour lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP
This independent nursery provides high-quality early years education for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The setting fosters a nurturing and stimulating environment, helping children develop key skills in numeracy, literacy, and physical education, ensuring a smooth transition into school.
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Support children's learning and development through engaging activities.
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards.
Ideally Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent); Level 2 candidates may be considered.
Previous experience working in an early years setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about providing exceptional care and education.
