Overview:
First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic business who are looking to recruit a Qualified Flying Instructor on a permanent basis due to growth located at their Yeovilton (Somerset) depot.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Complete end of course reports.
2. Actively encourage and maintain a culture of military ethos throughout 6 FTS and embrace the Student Care Directives.
3. To maintain the highest level of safety and quality throughout the 6 FTS operation.
4. Ensuring that all communication, documentation, and typed material is of the required standard.
5. Complete staff continuation training requirements.
6. Ensure company health, safety and environmental procedures are always implemented and complied with.

1. Be fully conversant with Military Flying orders.
2. Professional in appearance and manner.
3. Excellent communication skills at all levels.
4. Customer Care focused.
5. Previous Military flying experience with a minimum CFS B1 QFI/QHI category.
6. Minimum of Commercial Pilots Licence, Unrestricted Instructor Rating (with Aerobatics) and valid Instrument Rating.
7. Completed a Flying Supervisors Course/Flight Authorisers Course.
