Qualified English Teacher

Supply Star Recruitment are seeking a Qualified English Teacher to join a talented team. This is an exciting opportunity to help students develop a deep appreciation for English literature and language, while equipping them with the skills they need for academic and personal success

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5).

Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a love of reading in students.

Use diverse teaching strategies to cater to a range of learning abilities.

Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed.

Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort, and engagement.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and schemes of work.

You must have UK Qualified Teacher Status to be considered for this role.
